KENISIO TAPING: This is a form of elastic taping which helps support muscles and ligaments as they heal. The tape is comfortable to wear and can be worn for days, providing continuous therapy. There is no discomfort durring removal and all adhesives are hypoallergenic.

Sciatica is a term used to describe a number of symptoms resulting from a pinched sciatic nerve. Some symptoms may include pain in the hip or buttocks with numbness, tingling, cramping, burning or weakness in the leg or foot. Sometimes Sciatica can be mistaken for a herniated disc, arthritis, or muscle spasms because their symptoms are so similar. However, unlike these other conditions, sciatic pain is centered around the hip or hamstrings, and rarely causes low back pain.
